Rachel Rodney has a Masters Degree in Nutrition and is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and a Certified Diabetes Educator.

She is an avid athlete and practices what she preaches.

Rachel is a three time Ironman finisher and competes in all kinds of races from sprint triathlons to marathons and more.

Her philosophy is “make it simple and make small changes for life”. You don’t have to starve yourself to lose weight or become leaner. It is hard work, but let Rachel guide you through the process to make it easier.

Rachel will suggest ideas for meals, healthy recipes and cooking tips. She also loves to help clients find healthy foods on a tight budget. Eating healthy doesn’t have to break the bank.
